In 1998, the Tailevu Provincial Council, at the Bose ni Yasana, made a pivotal decision: to establish an investment company to manage the assets of the province.

This led to the creation of Tailevu Holdings, a private company founded on the equal share contributions of the provincial council – representing 144 villages and 22 districts – and the Tailevu Dairy Farmers Cooperative Association Limited. From our inception, our purpose has been to generate income and profits for the sustainable development of Tailevu and its people.
