RATU CAKOBAU HOUSE

Ratu Cakobau House, built in 1984 and opened in 1985, has been a key focus for the company. A $4 million renovation was completed and re-opened in April 2025. With its strategic location, the company sees revenue opportunities for both Ratu Cakobau House and Tailevu House. Tailevu Holdings CPL ensures a conducive working environment for tenants and the public, supported by a preventive maintenance system. The company is also pursuing land to expand its property portfolio in agriculture, tourism, and real estate across Tailevu.
