Driver

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a bus along assigned routes, following schedules and traffic laws.
Safely transport passengers to designated locations, including students, employees, or the general public.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, especially those with special needs.
Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues.
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
Collect fares or check passes if required.
Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers.
Maintain accurate records of trips, attendance, and incidents.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Group 2 license or PSV in Fiji).
Clean driving record.
Proven experience as a bus driver (school bus, public transport, chartered buses).
Strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to work long shifts.
